isKwé is on her way

So the Stylus Spinfest 2009 (the four-day celebration of urban music) just wrapped up yesterday here in Toronto. The cool news is this CD (pictured above) was handed out to every participant of the Spinfest and track #14 is 'Wandering' by is isKwé.

isKwé is of Irish and Cree/Dene descent originally hailing from Winnipeg Manitoba. She is an R&B singer working on her second album currently based out of Los Angeles California and working on a move to New York City. Her new jams which can be found on her Facebook fan page are sweet, soulful and have an urban sensibility that every city girl can relate to.
