So my boyfriend is always joking with me and bugging me about my incessant obsession with Twitter. Last night I went out and had a marvelous time in Toronto at Revival nightclub and saw a minor celebrity musician and was so excited I almost busted out my iPhone and Twittered how much fun I was having instead of, well you know, just having fun. I didn't succumb to my whims and just kept on having fun, which is good news, but I am on that Twitter-obsessed verge. See video for more info on Twitter phenomena.

I remember in a past life as a tech/business consultant this small Ottawa start up company that landed this project with the U.N. to build a new kind of web portal one that anyone could post information and establish their own presence or uh space. That company is called Tomoye, the entire topology of Web2.0 and the coming Web 3.0 owes its life to this small company, there huge in a small way have always kept staff to a minimum and have hired on a project basis while licensing out code to other sites, such as social networking sites. Hi5, Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter, who knows what the future will bring
ReplyDeleteLOL. Seriously, that's too funny. None of my close friends Twitter, they're pretty much anti-social networking or barely on Facebook at all. I did convert my sister to join though. And the funny thing is one time I even Twittered in church. But my church is full of twenty-something techies. Even my pastor Twitters. His blog design is even cooler that mine. www.ichilly.com
ReplyDeleteRepost this on Reel Artsy! Puleeze.
Iron Buffalo - wow your tech info must be way higher than mine, I am just using all the sites and enjoying the fun they bring to my life.
ReplyDeleteKaren - okay will repost now. So funny your pastor Twitters! I only have a few friends that Twitter, pretty much every one else thinks I am a little nuts. Honestly most people don't even get blogging so hmm whatevs.
