She has captured my heart, and my mind. Ever since I was introduced to this 21-year-old folk singer from Shawnee, Oklahoma I have been enchanted by her sultry sound and lovely lyrics. In fact, my friends are kind of sick of hearing me asking them "Have you heard Samantha Crain?" Beyond.
Samantha Crain recently had a video introducing herself made by Sterlin Harjo, which is how a peer found her music and showed us all how much she rocks it out.
It was written that she is like "Judy Garland singing Neutral Milk Hotel songs." My favorite song is "I Did Something Wrong" but I also love "Beloved We Have Expired."
Now I am just waiting for the new album to drop so I won't have to log into My Space to keep listening throughout the day. Her music is on heavy rotation in my mind.
