Sitting at the new Esplanade Bier Market patio on King Street West I made a new discovery (thanks to our cute waitress wearing her Lacoste polo tee uniform) to try a Desperado. She said beer, tequila, and lime. How utterly divine. Together, could it be? Why yes she said, "It's French." It was a match made in heaven.
She brought in it's own matching glass, which looks like a Mason jar a little bit, just to add to the kitsch. I love it, it has a bit of a bitter taste, that reminds of Corona slightly but has it's own unique flavour. You may have to be a tequila lover to enjoy this, but I am, and I enjoyed.
